Once you get the goods production rolling toss in a ToB and remove houses as you level it to open up space for WW/FoY's as you get them and a CF if you decide to put one down. As you raise the OoD add more goods buildings, if you have a Zeus and you can fight through some levels of GE you'll use less goods I wouldn't plant barracks for it though, use unattached you get through GE. Start with 2 of each BA and IA boosted and get the LoA to level 2 before raising the OoD up. This should result in a loss of 954 supplies per day, but with incidents, TH, GE, and maybe 3 to 5 RQ's/day usually you'll end the week up about 16-20k supplies. You'll be able to negotiate through all 4 levels and still increase stock piles by about 50-75 per good each week. LoA level 2, 2 Butchers on 24 hour production, 36 Town Houses, OoD lvl 8, 4 of each IA boosted good, 3 of each BA boosted good, 4 FotA's or GotSG's (or 1 Amphitheater if you win it in GE or want to spend diamonds).
